Worldwide Shipping
We are shipping worldwide with the USPS partners in each country and M&M Militzer & Münch Shipping company in Europe. We will handle your order within 2 business days. (except Made to Order items, that are marked as such) You will get an email with tracking code once your parcel is sent.
International delivery rates and shipping time
USA and EU from 20$ (7-10 business days) REO - from 30$ (10-14 business days) You will see an exact shipping fee after adding items to the cart and choosing your country on the checkout page.
Local delivery rates and shipping time
Tbilisi - with City-Express - 5 GEL (2 business days) Rest of Georgia - with Georgian Post - 10 GEL (3 business days)
Returns Policy
If any item is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address. Return is accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in exactly the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it. We will make a replacement depending on our stock availability, if not available, a refund will be issued. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement or refund after inspecting the item. Shipping fee is not refundable (in case there were any), as well as return shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
